HOW CAN A CHATBOT HELP YOUR BUSINESS TO GROW?
(Case Study) How Can You Get 4X More Leads During A Pandemic?
In this case study, I’ll reveal how a mortgage client got over 400 qualified leads in a month during a pandemic without spending more on advertising. However, if you don’t have a mortgage business, you should read it anyway because it can be applied to any business type that needs leads to grow.
Are leads the fuel for your business?
In this case study, I’ll reveal how a mortgage client got over 400 qualified leads in a month during a pandemic without spending more on advertising. However, if you don’t have a mortgage business, you should read it anyway because it can be applied to any business type that needs leads to grow.
PROBLEM:
We’ve been contacted by a mortgage company that was struggling to get leads during a pandemic. Banks changed their policies, and they were getting fewer and fewer leads while spending the same amount of money. Their cost per lead increased exponentially.
SOLUTION:
We changed many things, but one of the most important was adding a lead-qualifying messenger chatbot into their marketing strategy and new Facebook campaigns.
We used the same budget and split it into 3 Facebook campaigns:
A primary messenger ad campaign towards first home buyers
A primary messenger ad campaign towards people that could do remortgage
A retargeting messenger campaign for people that were interested in previous campaigns
We also added a retargeting within the messenger. Meaning if they started a messenger questionnaire and haven’t finished, a chatbot sent a message after 12 hours to get them back to finish (because sometimes you don’t have time to complete and want to do it later).
Following-up in messenger can bring back 50-70% of leads back (leads you'd otherwise lost)!
RESULTS:
Here are their results BEFORE our collaboration (click on the image to enlarge):
Here are their results AFTER our help (click on the image to enlarge):
You can see that we also lowered the Cost Per Lead by 60%.
We promised this client 100-150 leads with their current daily budget in the first month.
After the first week, they already had over 100 mortgage leads, and our campaigns were doing better and better.
At the end of the first month, they had over 400 various mortgage leads and were super happy.
We achieved everything without increasing the ad budget.
Any company that needs leads to grow the business can achieve similar or even better results (real estate, mortgage, insurance, investments, banking, beauty salons, dentists, medical practitioners, car dealerships, etc.).

8+1 Effective Ways Realtors Use Chatbots To Double The Leads!
The demand for real estate chatbots is rapidly increasing in 2020. Let’s uncover WHY…
The demand for chatbots in the real estate environment is rapidly increasing in 2020. We were developing around 1-3 real estate chatbots per week, and now we’re creating at least 1 real estate chatbot per day. And there are a couple of reasons for that. The fact that good chatbot can double the number of leads is just the beginning.
Here are 8 ways how realtors use chatbots to get warm leads worth tens of thousands of dollars:
1. To find 10X more motivated buyers or sellers:
A chatbot is probably the best lead-generating tool you can have. If a chatbot is an excellent and effective communicator, it will get you more leads than your website (for sure). That’s because you can target only your specific audience and attract them to start a conversation. Your chatbot will handle them in a friendly and smooth way.
2. To qualify these new buyers or sellers:
What would your first contact with a lead look like if you had all the information you need beforehand? Would it be much smoother and more comfortable? If yes, that’s what your chatbot will do.
After your chatbot attracts specific leads to start a conversation, its mission is to turn these leads from cold leads to warm leads. It communicates in a friendly and helpful way, like a friend. And because everything is happening inside the messenger, people don’t think someone is pushing or selling them something, because they use it every day.
After getting a lead inside, your chatbot will ask a series of qualifying questions (like “What type of property are you looking for?” “What price range are you considering?” “How many bedrooms?” “Which location do you want to buy in?” and much more). You can have different questions for buyers and sellers, and you can ask anything you want.
3. To access all the information about new leads immediately:
The more time you wait after new lead signs up, the higher the chance of losing that lead.
After your chatbot qualifies a new lead, it sends out all the information to your email address IMMEDIATELY with their contact information. That means you can reach out to them in a matter of seconds or a few minutes. The sooner, the better.
4. To recover leads that would’ve been lost, for FREE:
What happens on the website if people won’t finish signing up? Usually, nothing and these leads are lost forever. You can re-target them with ads, but you’d have to pay for it.
In your chatbot, it’s an entirely different scenario. When your chatbot asks questions, and for whatever reason, a lead stops answering questions and goes away, chatbot notices it. After a couple of hours, it will send a follow-up message to this lead to remind them that they should go back and finish the questions if they want a consultation or anything else you offer. A chatbot can send more than one follow-up message.
That’s how you recover leads worth tens of thousands of dollars with your chatbot, FOR FREE!
5. To follow-up with interested leads, for FREE:
Besides recovering leads that would’ve been lost, your chatbot can also automatically follow-up with leads that were interested in buying/selling, or interested in properties your chatbot presented them. By following-up like that with a chatbot, you’ll outsmart your competition. You’ll stay on top of the mind of these leads because you care about them more.
6. To show available properties:
If you want to show people properties that are available for sale/rent, your chatbot will handle it. It will present these properties with descriptions and a link to your website for all the information. By showing properties, you’ll attract more people and also increase your website traffic.
7. To answer the most common question, people ask:
Are you tired of answering the same questions over and over again? Your chatbot will take them off your shoulders and answer all common questions automatically and immediately. That’s another way that will leave your competition far behind because, with you and your chatbot, they don’t have to wait for an answer.
Chatbot communicates 24/7, never makes mistakes, responds immediately, and never has a bad mood. It’s the perfect support agent.
8. To provide contact information so leads can easily contact them:
People are always looking for the easiest route. Give it to them, and they’re yours. That’s another way how a chatbot will help you. It makes it easy for people to contact you by giving them an option to call you by clicking on a button, or it can provide directions to your office with Google Maps with one click.
9. To get website visitors into a chatbot to convert them from cold leads to warm leads:
A chatbot is primarily connected to your Facebook page, but that’s not it. By putting a chatbot plugin on your website, you will attract website visitors into your chatbot, which will convert them from cold leads to warm leads. It’s an additional way how to increase your chatbot traffic and get even more leads.
With a chatbot, you’ll be able to focus completely on what you’re great at - handling real estate leads, and a chatbot will be your best lead-generating buddy generating leads 24/7.

What Can a Chatbot do For Your Insurance Agency? (4+3 Surprises)
Insurance chatbot can serve an agency as a sales agent and a support agent inside the Facebook messenger (24/7/365). But HOW???
An insurance chatbot can serve your agency as a sales agent and a client support agent inside Facebook messenger (24/7/365).
How can a chatbot serve as a sales agent?
1. A chatbot will get you a ton of QUALIFIED leads:
If you give people some sort of a free consultation, or free quotes, or something like that – your chatbot will attract a lot of people to sign up for it = now you have a warm lead you can work with.
2. You can follow-up and RECOVER leads (that would’ve been LOST) for free with a chatbot!
If someone does not finish the registration for a free quote or whatever is your lead magnet, your chatbot will send them another follow-up messages to remind them to finish the process – this is a very powerful benefit because it all happens automatically via Messenger and you can recover a ton of lost leads because of this.
P.S.: You don’t have to pay a dime for these follow-ups.
3. You will know all the information about your leads before you make the first contact (and that makes selling easier).
This will help you understand their situation and goals and it’ll make the sale process a lot easier. A chatbot will ask all the questions you need to answer (e.g. Their current situation? Do they have insurance? What’s their age? Their email, phone, etc.)
Basically, a chatbot will find out everything you need to know and send you all the information before you call this lead.
4. Your chatbot will build trust much faster.
If you have some blog articles, or some advice, or videos (e.g. how to choose the best insurance, or anything else) – your chatbot will motivate people to download your free resources.
A chatbot will build trust by showing real testimonials, it will tell people about your company, or show your team, and that’s how it will increase trust between people and your insurance company.
How can a chatbot serve as a client support agent?
1. You can automate all the questions people ask over, and over, and over.
Answer the most common questions people ask. With a chatbot they don’t have to wait for your response, they’ll get the answer immediately and because of that, they’ll choose you over the competitor who keeps them waiting.
2. Your chatbot will solve problems in a couple of seconds!
Your chatbot can provide important links e.g. if they need to report a claim, check policies, etc. People don’t have to find these important links on your website - they’ll have it right inside your chatbot and they’ll access them in two clicks.
Your chatbot will provide all the contact information, so people can easily call you from your chatbot if necessary.
3. Let a chatbot and your support people work together.
Your chatbot can have a live chat function – that means if someone wants to talk to a human being, they can request a live chat and it can be connected to one of your support agents.

[Infographic] Chatbots - Introducing The Future
Chatbots conquering the world.
Alan Turing developed the Turing test in 1950. Who would have thought that someday, talking to a 'robot', online would be the next big thing to hit the world?
Well, we are indeed thankful to Joseph Weizenbaum who quickly caught the drill and went ahead to be the second man to make history, with 'Elizar' in 1966. After that, a lot of people started seeing potential in the future of this new mode of interaction, and A.L.I.C.E, HEX, Siri, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and others were born.
Now, these bots are found almost everywhere and are rising faster than ever. Even Neiman Marcus is currently experimenting with chatbot technology in order to be able to provide superior service to their customers.
Chatbots are considered as the marketing tool of the new generation. They are quite easy to use and can help customers discover new things. They also help boost businesses, as chatbots are time and cost effective.
A survey discovered that a lot of people who have had the pleasure of interacting with bots immensely enjoyed the experience. An impressive percentage of them prefer chatbots to human customer care personnel. In fact, a good number of people consider chatbots as their acquaintances, teachers, advisors, managers, and a host of others. Isn't that amazing?
There is also the fact that the chatbot market is immensely growing at an amazingly fast rate - about 24.3%, annually. A lot of industrial sectors including healthcare, insurance, car dealerships, and of course, online retail, just to mention a few, are making great use of this technology. In fact, Ray Kurzweil, a futurist, has predicted that by 2029 chatbots will be indistinguishable from humans. At this rate, we find that very hard to dispute.
A lot of businesses have been going the chatbot-way. You don't want to be left out of this new wave. IBM Watson, Microsoft Bots, and Witai are examples of the top three popular companies you can build your chatbots with. We trust that the infographic below will offer you more insights to the world of chatbots and everything you need to know.
Can a Chatbot grow Your business in 2018? 7 Critical points You need to know!
The only article you need to read if you want to find out it a chatbot can help your business make more money in 2018.
Chatbots. Maybe you've heard about them. Maybe you haven't.
It's 2018, if nothing changes in your marketing strategy, your results will stay the same. Nothing will change.
You need a new marketing tool if you want to grow your business because everybody's doing the same things and you need to differentiate yourself.
The real questions are:
- Should you pay attention?
- Can a chatbot help your business grow in 2018?
- Is chatbot a way to go? And if it is, why?
That's what I'm going to answer in the following seven critical points.
At the end of this article, you will be 100% clear if it's worth, to get a chatbot.
1. Almost everybody who uses messenger is willing to talk to a chatbot.
The TOP four messaging apps are bigger than the TOP four social networking sites.
It's estimated that by 2019, more than 27% of the world population will be using such apps and chatting with chatbots.
“63% of people would start chatting with a chatbot to connect with a business or a brand.”
What's the bottom line?
People want to reach out to businesses via chat. They prefer chat over any other messaging way.
2. Give people what they want. They'll come to you!
Customers want recommendations from chatbots.
Sometimes people don't know what they want to buy. They just go to your online store and get out because they haven't decided what they want. And you lost them forever. Don't let this happen!
A chatbot will find out exactly what people want by asking them a couple of quick questions. Then it will put all the products in front of their eyes.
And your conversions will go UP!
The bottom line?
Chatbots are needed by customers almost everywhere.
3. Are you selling to the millennials?
If yes, a chatbot is a must-have!
Millennials like to compare products. They prefer chatting over phone calls.
If millennials are a part of your target audience, your decision to get a chatbot will be very smart!
Chatbots also offer an opportunity to create an interactive Facebook campaign. Everybody's doing static campaigns, be different. Make people play with your chatbot in your campaign.
The bottom line?
Add new marketing tool to your marketing strategy. Make people excited and they'll become your customers.
4. A chatbot provides BETTER user experience than chatting with a human.
Surprised? If a chatbot is set up properly, it's possible.
Because human-to-human exchanges are limited to text inputs. They're often open-ended conversations, creating a less guided experience for the user.
On the other hand, chatbots respond immediately, and they can combine buttons and other visual cues along with supporting textual conversations to offer much richer interaction. A chatbot can also scale and apply its knowledge much faster and more consistently than a human.
Human agents need to be trained, they respond inconsistently and need to be motivated to care about the customer. Chatbots don't.
By using chatbots, businesses can gain competitive advantage faster than their competitors doing human-only chat.
But don't turn everything over to a chatbot.
“It’s the sweet combination of people and machine that offers the best opportunity for creating competitive advantage.”
The bottom line?
Don't hire more people for support, get one chatbot.
Instead of employing more people to handle repetitive tasks, get a chatbot solution. You'll save a ton of money.

5. A chatbot will scale up your operations.
Chatbots don't have limitations.
While humans can handle 2-3 conversations at a time, chatbots can operate without a limit.
If your business receives a lot of inquiries, a chatbot can take the load off your customer support team.
Chatbots will qualify if a user needs to talk to a human and then redirect him to a human agent.

6. Every e-commerce business needs a chatbot. But why?
Shopping is evolving. And you need to evolve too.
Because your goal should be to be ahead, not behind, right?
If people don't like your brand, they will switch to another one in a second.
Chatbots are revolutionizing the online shopping experience. How?
- A chatbot can give people discount codes and coupons.
- A chatbot can up-sell and cross-sell.
- A chatbot will accelerate the buying process.
- A chatbot will sell much more of your products.
- A chatbot will handle 90% of the customer support!

The bottom line?
E-commerce businesses can profit from chatbots the most.

7. Do you have a retail store? Stop losing bored customers.
Imagine the situation. A couple comes to your clothing store. The woman will go around because she wants to see what's new, what can look the best on her, etc. What is the man doing during this time? He's looking on his smartphone, scrolling through Facebook or Instagram, for the whole time (I'm a man, so I know this :).
What if you had a messenger code printed on your window?
The man would scan it -> a chatbot would open an interesting conversation with him -> maybe your chatbot would ask him if he's looking for something specific -> it would give him some recommendations and have a nice conversation with him.
Can you see the difference?
Don't let people waste time on social media. Let your chatbot to have a nice conversation with them, and you'll be surprised how many of them will turn out to be your new customers.
What's another benefit you have? You can do remarketing Facebook ads towards those people later. So they won't forget about you and buy again and again.
The bottom line?
Give people amazing experience in your retail store, something they never experienced, and they'll be yours.
So, what's the bottom line of the whole article? What's the answer to the big question?
I think you already know it, am I right?
If you want to grow your business in 2018, chatbot marketing is a way to go.
Because of a couple of final reasons:
a) You need to differentiate yourself to get a competitive advantage.
b) If you change nothing, nothing will change.
“A messenger chatbot is no longer IF, but WHEN.”
...and the sooner you take advantage, the more your business will grow.
So please, don't miss out on this huge opportunity.
Do you want to take advantage?
